Awarded after a mystery inspection of our bedrooms and common areas, This is the eighth year of the competition and the fifth year that our great housekeeping team have won this award. The judge commented that 'there were excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout with very tidy working methods'.
Northern Ireland Hotel Federation Reception Team of the Year 2015 and 2016. Awarded after a stringent process including mystery calls, emails and an overnight stay by the inspector. The judge commented that 'the front desk staff had exceptionally strong interpersonal skills with the great eye contact of particular note. The Tara Lodge team fought of stiff competition from over 80 entrants.

Our fabulous location in the Queen's Quarter of South Belfast is a mere 15 minutes walk from Belfast City Hall in the city centre. Our position, close to Queens University, the Ulster Museum and the Botanical Gardens, makes Tara Lodge a great base for a city break. We are just a few minutes' walk from many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. We don't have a bar or restaurant onsite but in Belfast the craic is never far away!
